Kitchen/Dining/Sitting
Room
This open plan area is L-Shaped with the sitting/dining area opening onto a large west -facing conservatory. The sitting room is complete with comfortable seating, a log-burning (Squirrel) stove, television/DVD and CD player.
There is a large pine dining table with seating for 6 people.
 
The kitchen area is fully equipped with new appliances including electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge.
There is a separate utility room off the hall, which has a freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. This useful room is ideal for indoor drying and as a boot room.
Bedrooms
There are two double  bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a king size, four poster bed and en suite bathroom, complete with spa bath.
The second bedroom has a king size bed, which can be split into 2 single beds. It also has an en suite shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
